I am off to attend and speak at the International Legal Ethics Conference IV: The Legal Profession in Times of Turbulence at Stanford Law School. Two colleagues are speaking as well, viz. Andy Boon and Lisa Webley.The conference has gathered participants from around the world including the UK, Australia, Croatia, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Nigeria, as well as the US. We will have a mixture of academics and practitioners, which is always a welcome combination. For me it becomes a field trip and I learn lots.
